POST-GAZETTE, APRIL 2, 2010 Benti to at the Tony Orlando Show East Boston's own, Pat Benti, will once again perform and host a 50m anniversary show for the legendary Tony Orlando at Lowell Memorial Auditorium on Saturday April 17ta with special guest, Ayla Brown, former American Idol contes- tant and daughter of newly elected U. S. Senator, Scott Brown. Pat is a seasoned veteran in music who has hosted and performed over 3,000 events throughout his 39 year career. Most recently, on January 23~, Pat celebrated his 60m birth- day by performing and hosting a 50u~ anniversary event for his long time friend and Rock n' Roll Hall of Famer, Ben E. King. Back in 2008 Pat produced a surprise 64th birth- day concert for his long time friend, Tony Orlando, in which over 24 of Tony's closest friends called in to wish Tony a happy birthday. Among those who called in were Comedian Jay Leno, Jerry Lewis and surprise call from Dick Clark. Although Pat is not planning to do the same this time, he does promise there will be some surprises and presenta- tions to be made to his dear friend Tony Orlando. This winter has produced bitter cold weather all over the world. The Bahamas reported 40 degree weather. Other sun spots reporting record drops in temperatures put a damper on AI Gore's commercialized Global Warming theory, and scientists believe it to be a hoax. But Barack Obama doesn't think so! Combatting Global Warming is on his pri- ority list! ... Speaking of "El Presidente," he is pondering the notion of having a private civilian army to call his own! His ratings are plummeting faster than a plane making a crash landing! His Obama- Healthcare bill will be the de- struction of this country. Obamacare will take ef- fect in 2014, with the help of God he will be booted out of the White House along with all the other ultra liberal Democrats. Defending Obamacare at a government funded East Boston Health Center facility that was once in bankruptcy only reassures astute voters that they need to boot these four out of office! The government runs our public education, transportation, ment, postal service, cur- rently trying to take control of our banking and auto in- dustry, and now Obama wants to add healthcare to the pot, costing the taxpayers trillions of dollars. With our current system in place, the elderly have Medicare, the indigent have Medicaid, the illegals get free hospital care! ... It doesn't take a rocket sci- entist to figure out its a mat- ter of time before Obama and his ideas put this country into bankruptcy! Does the public really understand what is happening in this country to- day???? Do you realize the government already has con- trol of much of the workforce. America is becoming social- ist, (share the wealth); fascist (another word for socialist) and a step below communist where the government con- trols the whole ball of wax.
