A1 and his band have been mainstays at the annual Holiday Open House, where he has offered his services for free and do- nated his pay back to the Friends to continue their works. A1 has been a loyal patron of the branch and a great supporter of the neigh- borhood. The Friends thank A1 for his longstanding friendship with the North End Branch. Following the reception the Library will be present- ing the film Jewel Robbery from the Forbidden Holly- wood Series beginning at 6:30 pm.
