This would provide our town with a public, multi- generational & accessible water based recreational fa- cility. Additionally it would also help to make this facil- ity not only revenue neutral (it currently operates at a $25,000 loss per year for the town) but also create a rev- enue generating opportunity for our town! To date, FANSplash has raised all the money needed for design, administrative, and construction expenses. They are currently raising money for the essential above ground elements that will bring fun and excite- ment to young and old alike. Angelino commented, "each element costs, on average, $5,000 and naming rights are available for fourteen park elements at $5,000 each.
