Page 8 POST.GAZETTE, JULY 1,2011 East Boston's Senior Leaders Honored by Trfn#y House by Sal Giarratani Trinity House, on June 22, 2011 honored a number of East Boston's senior leaders and Mayor Tom Menino for their strong civic values and exceptional contributions to community building and social service. Those hon- ored as "Trinity Treasures" included Fran Riley, Evelyn Morash, Mary Cahalane, Judge Joe Ferrino (ret) and Dr. Edith DeAngelis. NOAH (the Neighborhood of Affordable Housing) took the time to celebrate those folks who shaped the community and its values which are Judge Joseph V. Ferrino essential for community -- (ret) was among those building. These leaders were honored as "Trinity recognized for building up East Treasures" by NOAH. Boston and keeping it strong for generations to come. Though the event was held outside under a tent due to the inclement weather, those gathered saw only sunny skies ahead for the East Boston community. The East Boston Athletic Board held their 61 st Annual Award Banquet on June 17, 2011 at the Suffolk Downs, Topsider Room.
