These are the words from Brian Arrigo, candidate for Mayor of Re- vere. It appears Arrigo has a good chance of beating Mayor of Revere Dan Rizzo, or at least coming close. In office for less than four years, Rizzo has built a monument to himself at the corner of City Hall. Resi- dents are fed up with all the housing development going up around the city that Mayor Rizzo has allowed. Most likely a large portion will be subsidized. The four ugly buildings on Ocean Av- enue are for the most part shabily built and look .more like cardboard housing projects of yestei'year. You can bet most will be subsi- dLzed FREE RENTAL Housing! These buildings don't do a thing to enhance the beach. Not to speak of the traffic that will be adde(} to the al- ready congested Revere Street area. Matthew Amato, a Revere native, is a graduate of the University of Texas where he received a degree in economics. He recently left the Peace Corp in Madagascar where he was a development consult- ant.
