North End Halloween Festivities HAUNTED HOUSE to be held on Friday, October 28 from 2:00-5:00 pm at the Nazzaro Center Playground. Sponsored by ROC Teen Saturday. KIDS HALLOWEEN CRAFT to be held on Friday, October 28 from 3:30--4:45 pm at the North End Branch Library, 25 Parmenter Street. Drop in to the library to make a spooky craft ... just in time for Halloween. Ages 2 and up accompanied by a caregiver. Groups please call ahead. NEMPAC's Halloween- themed fundraiser "HOOT AND HOWL" will be at Filippo's, 283 Causeway Street on Friday, October 28. There will be a costume contest with celebrity judges, live music and danc- ing.
