Menino and to Operation Troop Support in Danvers and its founders Dick and Christine Moody. The Chapter also presented "Spirit of '76" Awards for meritorious service and pa- triotism to East Boston businessman and philanthropist Benito Tauro and honorable mentions to businessman and activist Donato Frattaroli of Boston and community volunteer Lt. Frank Scarpa, Jr., of Winthrop. Lt. Frank Scarpa, Jr., of the Winthrop Police Department Judge Joseph V. Ferrino, Ret. and Friends Buddy Mangini, Revere City Councilor Tony Zambuto, C/CSM Jack Mallen Revere High School Army JROTC, Frank Zarba and Buddy Marina. Benny Tauro, Fr. Fred Martino will be retiring from his Parade Coordinator position, however, and pass- ing on decorating duties to Rinaldo and Cathy Agostinelli.
