Top of the Hub prepared Salmon Gravlax appetizers and served a trio of holiday wines for the festivities in the Fireside Lounge atop the Emerge Spa & Salon. Among the restaurant staff members greeting and serving guests were Mark Porcaro, Corporate Executive Chef; Sous Chef Rory Hogan; Tu-Uyen Dao, Assistant to the General Manager; and Seen Conroy, Beverage Manager. ....... Rick Doane, Executive Director of Interfaith Social Services of Quincy, is proud to announce that the organization raised more than 860,000 at its recent "14 th Annual Interfaith Social Services Feed the Hungry Gala," helping to put food on the table for hungry families throughout the South Shore this holiday season. Some of this year's auction items included Patriots tickets, a dinner party for 8 people prepared by Chef Paul Wahlberg of Alma Nove and Wahlburgers in Hingham, vacation getaways, sports memorabilia, a $500 shopping Joyce Hampers, center, founder and owner of Newbury Street's Emerge Spa & Salon and the G20 Spa & Salon, is pictured with Jenny Johnson, left, and Billy Costa of NECN's TV Diner at the recent "SPAliday 2011" holiday party. With the money raised at the event, which was held at Vincent's Night Club in Randolph, the organization will be able to help thousands of impoverished families this holiday season. Last year, Interfaith's programs helped more than 25,000 local residents. Its Pantry Shelf Food Program distributed more than 400,000 pounds of food to hungry families and individuals throughout the South Shore.
