Very interesting, eh? This federal form of welfare comes with a 810 billion price tag. There are lots of kids who are in this program. The program was established for serious medical is- sues but now almost anything goes. Once approved, SSI seems like a lifetime check. According to the Globe, if a parent wishes to get their child hooked up for the monthly benefit, it comes with a few strings. If your child is diagnosed with ADHD, a parent must sign up for behavior medicine whether they want it or not. Hey, if they want our money but don't want the meds, don't take our money. This is not what SSI benefits were set up for any- way. It's just another government problem on tax ste- roids to me. Nothing IS ever free. Free health care is paid for by We, the taxpayers. Everything is paid by We; the taxpayers. The only people In need of meds are we the taxpayers going wild over such unchecked foolishness.
